Director
Ave Maria is an incredible director that works with every family with the same attention and care as her own. She is originally from New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and has immense experience as a registered behavioral technician.

MISS LARISSA
Assistant Director
Larissa has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and has been part of the leadership team for 15 years and a part of the LDR family for 20 years. She taught VPK for 4 years with us after teaching Kindergarten at the Palm Beach County School District. Larissa speaks Spanish in addition to English.
MISS HALL
Kindergarten Teacher
Miss Hall has been our Elementary Kindergarten Teacher at the School for 3 years and was our VPK teacher for over 10 years before that. She is an incredible part our our school and brings an immense level of dedication to each child's needs and skill set.

Miss Sutton holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and numerous years of Early Education We are delighted to have her become part of the team her at LDR Academy.
MRS STRAIGHT
Academic Director
Michelle has been on our leadership team for over 5 years. She comes with over 20 years of experience working in Elementary School Education teaching, mentoring, and coaching. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and works individually with all teachers to align and guide curriculum.

Office Assistant
Miss Yarixa wears many hats at LDR Academy. You may likely talk to her when you call our school, or see her at our front desk or possibly in a room to help with bathroom breaks. She speaks Spanish and English.

Miss Garcia has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and has been teaching at our school for several years. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Her enthusiasm for elementary students is contagious.

Miss Kayla holds a Bachelors Degree as well as an Associates in Elementary Education. This is her second year at LDR Academy and we couldn't be happier to have her. Her knowledge and ability to make each student feel valued and appreciated is one of the many reasons we love her being part of this team.
