Little Dude Ranch Academy is owned by Terrie Ellis, a Palm Beach County resident and long-time advocate for Early Childhood Education. She was a Board member of the Palm Beach County Early Learning Coalition and represented over 500 providers in the County. She was also the Vice-President of the Florida Association of Child Care Managers (FACCM). FACCM is the largest advocacy association for Early Learning in the State of Florida and manages the largest Accrediting Agency in Florida called APPLE.
Her daughter, Amanda has taken on operations of the school. Amanda is actively involved in the School. Amanda has previously worked as the Director of Operations for FACCM, as well as holds an active real estate license with School Investment Properties. She spent her early years in youth ministry and has a heart for this community and it's families. She recently participated in the Early Learning Coalition's Fellowship program with other leaders in Palm Beach county's early learning field.
Terrie and Amanda wanted to make sure the school was different from the many schools and centers that are owned by corporations, boards, investors, land developers, etc. The vision of this school is to give all children an opportunity to get top of the line education, regardless of circumstances. The Ranch is intended to make every child feel loved for who they are.
